**Job Purpose**:
The Talent Operations Sr Coordinator is responsible for supporting the EMEA Talent Operations team’s efforts in increasing efficiency across clients through effective management of staff resourcing. This role will work closely with members of Talent Operations and the broader Talent team to effectively maintain the tools, systems and reports used to allocate resources and manage staff plans to facilitate the delivery of work.

**Some of the things we’d like you to do**:

- Support the EMEA Talent Operations team in the allocations process and data entry in 10KFT (Essence’s allocation and time tracking tool)
- Maintain key staffing tools including regional organization charts and capacity/staff plans for billable and nonbillable teams
- Help to prepare the data inputs and quantitative information required for staff or freelance position requests in Jobvite (our ATS system)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage internal deliverables, inputting and maintaining roles in the system.
- Maintain an up-to-date allocations database for group/region, flagging any resource bandwidth to Talent Operations team.
- Support Talent Operations team in monitoring bandwidth to maximize utilization from both client and discipline perspective.
- Help maintain staffing and resourcing meeting agendas and aggregate key notes.
- Work as a liaison at times between teams that maintain high confidentiality and sensitive information; the ability to maintain confidential information is crucial.
- At times you will be asked to prepare and maintain the following: Utilization & billability reports, capacity plan by region, trends and forecast summaries, timesheet compliance and other ad hoc reports as requested.
- Support internal transfer process through maintenance of trackers and systems, as well as coordination of interviews and meetings, to support internal development and mobility within the organization.
- Liaise with hiring managers to complete IR35 assessments for contractors.

**A bit about yourself**:
Extremely well organized, process-driven and dedicated, with an enthusiasm to learn and can-do attitude. Specifically:

- 1-2 years’ experience in an agency environment or talent role. Resource management experience or knowledge ideal.
- Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Calm and methodical with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to self-manage, with a positive attitude and a strong team and delivery focus.
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
