**About the Role**

Reporting to our Finance Manager, our Accounts Assistant is responsible for the day to day transactional processing of the Company accounts. Duties include:

- Raising sales invoices, being the main point of contact for queries
- Credit control
- Checking and coding of purchase ledger invoices
- Daily bank reconciliations and the completion of month end reconciliations
- Overseeing the business expenditure in line with Company policy, ensuring it is appropriately authorized
- Processing and posting staff expenses and reconciliation of petty cash
- Setting payments as required by BACS, or by wire transfer, as appropriate

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will have extensive experience with finance accounts, specifically accounts payable. Having worked in a busy finance team previously, you will be adaptable, have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator. A familiarity with NetSuite and Expensify, alongside being AAT qualified (or equivalent) would be beneficial but is not essential.
