With support and guidance from our Field Operations and Maintenance Team Manager you will be responsible for providing essential, seamless administration support. Making sure that quotes are provided and property visits are booked in will form the main body of your work. But at the heart of everything you'll do are people. You'll be absolutely dedicated to meeting deadlines, because you know we always keep our promises to clients. You'll develop strong relationships with everyone you deal with as you go about your daily work. And you'll get a real buzz from making them happy

**What you'll do**
- Quoting for works on behalf of Wise Maintenance and completing orders
- Managing diaries efficiently for Wise Maintenance to attend to jobs
- Managing diaries for the Tenancy Liaison Team
- Managing the administration of the inbox for the Field Operations Team and inboxes for Wise Maintenance
- Updating and uploading work completion reports
- Ensuring stock levels are kept up to date and maintained
- Deal with landlords' and tenants' queries verbally and in writing
- Supporting your team manager and completing other admin duties as required

**Who we're looking for**

We're searching for an organised people person who gets what great customer service looks like and has what it takes to deliver it, as well as:

- 12 months’ administration experience
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of multi-tasking using multiple systems
- A willingness to work from our head office in Chilwell once a month and attend team meetings in Warrington once a month
- Experience of providing terrific customer service
- Ability to manage their own diary and work independently
- Exceptional timekeeping - never late and always on top of deadlines
- The communication skills to write clearly and speak easily with anyone
- An organised way of working
- A natural capacity to use their initiative and solve problems
- Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening

And, ideally, but not vitally:

- Some knowledge of property management
