**Administrator**

ESM Power Ltd is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Administrator, working 37.5 hours per week at our Scunthorpe office.

Established in 2002, we are a leading UK independent connections provider which offers a complete service to our clients for their existing networks and utilities connections. We manage all connections from the design and build of new electrical networks to the operation and maintenance of private electrical networks.

**About you**

You will be a highly motivated, proactive and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to make a commitment to our business. You should be able to work on your own, using your own initiative, as well as working well within a small, highly motivated team.

Based at our main office in Scunthorpe, and working in a team of 4, you will predominantly support the Engineers in our Customer Networks business, however you will also provide administrative support to the wider business as needed. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, you must therefore have excellent customer service skills.

A team player, highly motivated and flexible, you will exercise initiative whilst working in a busy and demanding environment.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Answering the phones and dealing with reception duties
- Accommodation bookings
- Filing and archiving of all relevant documents
- Preparation and issue of letters
- Raising purchase requisitions
- Processing purchase orders and setting up invoice schedules
- Preparing and issuing Quotations
- Scheduling works with customers and Engineers
- Liaison with suppliers and building strong relationships with customers
- Data inputting

**Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Provide eligibility to work in the UK
- Good knowledge of the industry

**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Passionate about taking responsibility and seeing a task through to successful completion.
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
