We have an excellent permanent opportunity available for an Office Secretary to join a local company who have been part of Salisbury and South Wiltshire’s community for over a hundred years having strong links with many local businesses. With the benefit of modern technology and communications our client are increasing their workload on a regular basis. As a business, they are committed to delivering an excellent service to all of their clients, which is reflected by so much business being personally recommended to them.
As an **Office Secretary,** you will work closely with one of the Senior Partners and take on the responsibility of ensuring all of their correspondence is accurate and is dealt with in an efficient manner. You will have exposure to working across a number of key areas of Law so this role would be a perfect position for someone with a recent Law Degree, a vested interest of the industry, or wanting to go up the Legal career ladder.
**Key skills and experiences required for the Office Secretary role**:
- Efficient and accurate typing ability (we can test that for you)
- A clear communicator
- A grasp of MS Office, Outlook, Word in particular
- Experience of secretarial tasks from a previous role - typing, diary managing, corresponding, organising - _to name but a few examples_
- A positive professional personality
- An interest or education in Law
- Organisation and the ability to multi task
The role is based in the city centre, Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
