**Head of Digital Marketing for a Beauty / Skincare supplement brand.**

We’re looking for someone who loves beauty/skincare, enjoys a challenge collaborative team player and is ready to take ownership of digital marketing for the launch of an exciting new brand.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for you to own your area and potentially build a team around you.

You will be responsible for creating and optimising PPC campaigns over Social, Google and Amazon to drive sales through our DTC website and online marketplaces.

Additionally, this role involves identifying and analysing search strategies, and to build and foster relationships with affiliate marketers to help generate sales.

If you are a passionate self-starter looking for the opportunity to build, grow and own Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution this is the role for you.
- Establish digital launch strategy across social media channels, including setting and analysing KPIs/ROI to drive sales to our website and online marketplaces.
- Handling day-to-day campaign activities: creating ad content, bid management, automation set-up, Performance monitoring, ad copy testing, etc.
- Ownership of content development, working closely with our designer to deliver on innovative campaigns for social media channels
- Connect with affiliate marketers to build user-generated content and reviews.
- Proven track record of creating and executing a digital marketing strategy that has led to the success of a brand, with a large increase in sales.
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing Social, Google and Amazon PPC campaigns especially when looking at ROAS, and Total Sales Growth.
- Strong understanding of the DTC sales, marketing funnels and retargeting strategies to support audience growth/data capture.
- Experience with paid campaigns across key digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and Amazon.
- Experience in affiliate marketing and review building.
- Be a proactive self-starter, able to get stuck in and think out of the box.

**What you’ll receive**:

- Salary 50K + commission OTC £75K year 1.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Core working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: From £50,000.00 per year
