An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and ambitious Business Services Senior to join a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants based in Lancaster. As a Business Services Senior, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional accounting and business advisory services to a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with senior members of the team to deliver high-quality financial reports and advice, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency. References to pay rates are indicative, and salary is dependent on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing a portfolio of clients and being the first point of contact for client queries.
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns.
- Assisting with audit assignments and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Providing business advisory services and identifying growth opportunities for clients.
- Collaborating with team members on various projects and assignments.

**Requirements**:

- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and UK GAAP.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
