**Invoice administrator / Job sheet Processer**

Invoice Administrator / Job Processer

Based at Alfa Sawston Cambridge Branch

Salary would depend on experience / working hours.

Ideally full-time but would consider part time.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Team Player (but capable of working on own initiative).
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of using 1 link would be ideal but full training will be given.

**Invoice Administrator**

1-link invoicing

Processing jobs, invoices and estimates via 1 link platform.
- Upload invoices on 1-link
- Process invoice and complete on WSM (Alfa Bespoke system)
- Upload Estimates on 1 link

Invoicing

Processing invoices in line with customer procedures
- Write up invoices as per job sheet
- Check all paperwork is correct
- Send invoices and relevant paperwork
- Request order numbers
- Update order numbers
- Resolving invoice queries

**Job Processer**

Processing completed jobs to invoice.
- Process job on WSM (Alfa Bespoke system)
- Prioritise VOR jobs and escalate to the relevant department
- Prioritise jobs that require further repairs or re-booking and escalate to the relevant department
- Check all paperwork has been completed correctly and fully
- Raise next service jobs
- Process job to invoice
- Check invoice details are as per SOR for the customer

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
