Rural Assistant

**Role Overview**
As an experienced Team Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the lead administrator and a team of rural surveyors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing various administrative tasks, coordinating financial processes, and ensuring efficient operations within the team. You will play a key role in facilitating communication, organising resources, and maintaining accurate records to support the team's objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
Financial Administration: Serve as CRM Dynamics & AX Billing Portal Administrator, handle quarterly billing process, produce fee forecast reports, and circulate financial reports to the team.
Reporting and Documentation: Distribute weekly debtors reports, produce tenant arrears reports, update referral trackers, and compile quarterly fee packs.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks including managing keys and resources, processing incoming post, preparing letters to tenants, and handling archiving and filing.
Client and Team Support: Offer administrative assistance to client director for a national client, oversee arrears reporting, coordinate annual property schedule, arrange travel and accommodation, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
**Key Skills**
Essential:
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written, presentation, and numerical skills.
- Experience in creating and producing invoices within a finance system.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of PowerBi.
