**Drum roll please.**

We call it an Admin role but really, it’s the core of our business. Not sure we could advertise for a “core” though so we’ll stick to calling it Admin
- Looking after our customers;
- Keeping on top of our accounts - both sales and purchase ledger;
- Managing our stock and updating the production plan.

To start with, this is a role for a good administrator but it also has a lot of scope and potential for getting involved in all areas covered by the office team.

You’ll be a top all-round Administrator and you’ll bring your Word and Excel magic to our team. Being hot on the numbers is essential. In an ideal world, you’d have good working knowledge of Sage, Sage CRM and CIM50. Having said that, we’re confident we can teach you anything you need to know if those aren’t programmes you’re already familiar with. Besides, with your skills, you’ll be able to pick it all up quickly - we just know it

**Here's what else you need to know**

It’s a full-time Monday to Friday role and our hours are 8.30am to 5pm. We are open to more flexible working hours through the autumn and winter months if this suits you.

Wages are based on the Living Wage, £11.44 from April.

We’re based in a rural location outside Peterborough so you’d need to be able to get yourself here.

The benefit of the rural location is that we can offer parking that’s just outside our offices and you don’t have to pay for it like you would if we were in town (we’re calling that a bonus).

**About Us**

We know it’s not all about us but you’ll still need to know a bit about who you’d be joining. We were founded in 1980 and were set up as a specialist educational supplier, developing high quality paper and board products which were designed and converted on site. All of our product range is aimed at art and design areas and quality display.

We’re a small-ish and very friendly team, offering a close-knit working environment where no one is too important to make the tea and everyone mucks in to get involved when it’s needed.
