**Job Description**:
Pertemps are looking to recruit for a Data Entry role, the successful applicant will join one of our growing and successful clients, with this role focussing on supporting the invoicing process for labour provision nationwide within the construction industry.
Full Time - Office Based - 8.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday
Temporary

**Responsibilities**:

- Control of invoicing - liaising with the Operations Managers, Payroll and Accounts departments to ensure accuracy of weekly timesheets and subsequent invoicing.
- Generate labour supply invoices using the company software, ensuring that invoices are dispatched to customers on time, in line with customer payment schedules, rate cards and adherence to framework agreements.
- Proactively, professionally, and fairly resolve customer queries with timesheets, roles, rates, and invoicing.

- Maintain labour supply role and charge rate data within company systems.
- Assisting team members in resolving queries and chasing outstanding and overdue invoices if required.
- Answering incoming phone calls
Key Skills
- Experience from a construction background advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of a business.
- Time management, conscientiousness and attention to detail are crucial to success in the role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Clear and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to prioritise and manage their own workload.
