Senior Front of House

**Location**:
Wembley & South London

We are looking for an Assistant FOH Manager who is able to do shift work - shift times can vary from a morning shift, which can start as early as 04.00 and can sometimes result in a 12 hour day. Shift timings will vary day - to day and applicants must be able to do early mornings, weekends, evenings and potentially long hours.

**Mandatory Requirements**:
Full, Clean UK Drivers License with no points & Smartphone w/ working camera.

Owner of A Vehicle w/ valid Insurance, Tax & MOT

**Start Date**: TBC

**Reporting to**:FOH Manager & Bookings Manager If FOH manager is not present

**RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to**:

- Update the FOH Managers Station Board with any relevant changes and distribute the new worksheets to each workstation with the allocated job.
- Check all the workstations and already packed jobs to make sure they are correct and have everything they require for their deliveries according to the worksheet.
- Assisting the FOH manager with checking all FOH Drivers timings to make sure they are arriving to their shift on time and dealing with any problems if they arise to ensure the job is still delivered on time.
- Greet each FOH staff member upon arrival briefing them on their job for the day, and answering any questions they may have about the job.
- Ensuring the company vehicle check sheets are completed by the allocated driver for the day.
- Making sure each FOH driver has everything on the worksheet before and during the loading on their vehicle.
- Counting the amount of meal boxes that are needed for the kitchen team for the day according to the worksheet and alerting the kitchen staff should there be any anomalies.
- Assisting the FOH manager by filling in the relevant **allergen forms **that are presented on each box.
- Place hot trays into the thermo boxes and load all the meals from the hot cupboard for every job and ensure all meal numbers are correct and all special requests are in each box marked appropriately according to the worksheet.
- Delegating jobs to the FOH drivers who have spare time once their job is complete and ready if the FOH manager is unavailable.
- General tidying up, anti-bac all work surfaces, clearing all rubbish away.
- Mandatory liasing with the Bookings Manager should any problems arise with clients
- Liasing with the FOH manager and Office Manager if any stock is running low and needs to be ordered for any upcoming jobs.
- Assisting the FOH manager with checking all deliveries making sure we have received everything we ordered from our suppliers and to alert line managers of any discrepancies.
- Take inventory of stock as requested by the FOH manager
- Checking the whatsapp group to ensure FOH drivers are following protocol
- Shopping duties as requested by the FOH Manager and Kitchen Staff
- Covering FOH manager in their absence
