**Finance Administrator Role - Client Services Team**
The company are a "Boutique" Financial Services firm. Central to their culture is the principle of independent financial advice. They offer a wide range of Financial Advisory and Investment Services and are experts in the fields of Advisory Investment, EmployeeBenefits and Personal Financial Planning Services. They utilise state of the art technology and research systems offering a true independent wealth management advisory service for our client's financial benefit.
**The Role**
The role of the full time Administrator is to support the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the business, by providing client sales support services and general administration support for the directors.
**Key Responsibilities and Outputs**
- Managing all incoming and outgoing business post
- Managing incoming telephone communications
- Managing and recording Client data onto appropriate business systems and records
- Providing administration in support of Compliance matters to meet regulatory requirements
- Liaison with external parties in respect of Compliance matters where appropriate
- The delivery of designated projects as required by the Operations Manager
- Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring the IT hardware and software systems meet the needs of the business
