Hunter masons client currently has an exciting opportunity within A family run manufacturing / construction company based in Warrington. **Please note Construction Knowledge is essentail for this role.**

**Role Title: Project Scheduling Manager.**

**Salary: 30K/35K**
- Construction knowledge - ability to have conversations with site managers face to face and over the phone about the programme of works on site and where we fit into it. A basic understanding of CAD drawings would help.
- Good Communication - ability to maintain communication / relationships with customers to check progress against programme and any impact on our site dates
- Attention to detail to ensure company systems, schedules and job statuses are kept up to date
- The Ability to attend site if required to meet customers face to face
- People management skills to ensure the team are engaged and are keeping on top of their actions.
- Ability to carry out reviews and appraisals with staff.
- Managing the teams holidays / office cover
- Achieving and reporting on department KPI’s
