Sales Administrator

Langage Farm is a well-established and expanding, family owned, dairy product manufacturer supplying many national retail chains and is currently looking for a sales administrator to join our office team.
Hours are 8 hours a day Monday to Friday between 9-5.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Bank reconciliation.
- Invoice processing
- Driver paperwork
- Matching invoices to delivery notes.
- Raising credit notes
- Provide administration support for daily tasks as necessary
**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Administrative experience
- Good numeracy skills
- Good literacy skills
- Good telephone manner.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel and outlook.
**RENUMERATION**:
We offer 2 types of bonus. One is a loyalty bonus of £500 paid to you after 12 months and the other is a profit share of a changeable amount per year depending on profitability, this is paid at Christmas.
