Sales Administrator

Lang & Potter are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them and contribute to the continued success and growth. You will work within a busy small team, reporting to the Project Planning Manager.

You will have responsibility for varied admin duties supporting the Bespoke Sales Projects team to deliver our high standard service. You will need to be organised with great communication skills, good IT skills for data entry, ability to process confirmed orders including a variety of administrative duties listed below:
DUTIES

1. Receive & process PO orders from clients for materials & manufactured items

2. Raise job cards to pass through to Project planning manager

3. Produce delivery notes for completed orders on Despatch

4. Receive and process purchase orders for one off jobs

5. Collate and maintain project documentation obtaining samples when necessary

6. Raise requisition forms to pass through materials planner and purchasing

7. Support in estimating & verifying costs on new projects and products

8. Support Project Co-ordinators on generic quotes

6. Collate data & issue information for invoices to be raised.

7. Support team with filling and paper management

8. General office & sales administration as required

SKILLS

1. Excellent organisational and time management skills

2. Strong IT and Microsoft knowledge (Outlook & Excel in particular)

3. Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure

4. Excellent communicator at all levels

5. Good teamworking skills and the confidence to motivate the team

6. Ability to manage your own workload being clear and concise

7. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

8. Excellent attention to detail to ensure all paperwork & processing is accurate.

9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads

10. A problem-solving approach to work

11. In-house training provided

12. Committed to continuous improvement

13. Previous experience in similar role preferred

Working hours
- Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
