Sales and Operations Administrator

As one of the UK's fastest growing retail organisations my client is looking for someone with experience in a retail environment to join their busy team.

Due to ongoing success and growth now looking at expanding their team and are seeking a dynamic Sales andOperations Assistant, to be based at their Head Office in Plymouth.

As a Sales and Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the Head Office and Stores with no day being the same.

Typical duties for the Sales and Operations Administrator will include:

  • Data collection and entry
  • Operation support for stores and head office departments
  • Providing 1st line support for store and retail queries
  • Assisting with employee travel requirements
  • Creating and administrating users on in house systems
  • Assisting with HR (Human Resources) enquiries from head office and store staff

Ideally you will have a background or understanding of retail administration with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

You will have excellent IT skills particularly in relation to the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and be a real teamplayer.


  • This is a fulltime, temporary to permanent position of 38.75 hours per week.
  • A typical working week will consist of Monday-Friday 8:45am 05:30pm.
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and pension scheme.

This vacancy is being handled by Joanne Gardner, Branch Manager and Manufacturing Specialist at Pertemps Plymouth who is currently responsible for recruiting all Manufacturing and Engineering Workers.
