We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Strategy Analyst, based at our Tamworth office in the UK.

You will be a key part of a hugely ambitious technology programme with the aims of improving customer experience at ALDI on a global scale, transforming the business and preparing for the future. The role will also involve supporting countries in delivering the global Customer Interaction strategy.

The role is UK based, but part of a global team, therefore some travel on demand should be expected, as per the needs of the project, or upon request of the Strategy Manager. All travel, accommodation and food expenses will be paid for.

**Your New Role**
- Development of Customer Interaction business cases (incl. financial and non-financial aspects in alignment with countries and relevant international stakeholders)
- Support in defining the future ALDI business model and new customer engagement and digital initiatives
- Input into the strategic vision / roadmap based on prioritised initiatives working with all ALDI south countries
- Set business targets for the Strategy and new initiatives to help ALDI achieve its digital and business aspirations
- Proactively utilise commercial data provided by the Research team in the development of propositions and business cases
- Communicate the strategy to various stakeholders across ALDI south countries, and support them with its delivery
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Understand their specific requirements and address their data-related strategic inquiries
- Follow the agreed governance mechanism to obtain consensus on prioritisation of customer initiatives
- Support countries in developing and tracking ‘Launch & Learn’ trials

**About You**
- Creation and/or ongoing development of a business Strategy
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment, within ecommerce/retail/grocery/tech
- Experience of supporting the implementation of a strategy and resulting actions
- Experience in working on the continual development and evaluation of a strategy
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to drive forward topics
- Ability to multi-task on various projects
- Working in team environments - being a team player
- Working with ambiguity and taking ownership of deliverables
- Ownership and maintenance of strategic documentation that will be discussed and utilised by senior stakeholders
- Regular communication with key business users

**What You’ll get in Return**
- Salary starting from £34,825 rising to £50,390
- 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday
