We are currently recruiting a Inventory specialist for our client in Birch Coppice, Working within the Inventory Management team you will analyse and review stocking levels and replenishment where necessary, ensuring that internal procedures are followed.

**£27,000 per annum + £1610 lunch allowance**

Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm

Friday 9am - 3pm

30 minutes for lunch each day

(37.5 hours working week)

**Key tasks**
- Daily Back Order Review & Resolution
- Weekly demand planning and order placement
- Maintain correspondence with internal colleagues and external suppliers
- Liaising with Logistics and Warehouse Operations
- Open order book management
- Internal supplier invoice sign-off via SAP

**Skills required**
- Excellent communication and coordination, with both internal and external stakeholders
- IT literacy particularly with Microsoft Office packages
- Understanding of Supply Chain Principles
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Takes a 'hands-on' approach with self-starting ability
- Experience in 'demand forecasting'
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Tangible experience working within a similar role
