**Data Entry Processing Administrator**
You will be working as part of the Company’s Human Resources Team and your role will include the following:
- Create, update and analyse data on spreadsheets
- Generate periodic reports
- Utilise HR software to draw absence reports, calculate \bsence numbers from software and create reports for Senior HR Manager and Directors, daily and weekly.
- Create PowerPoint presentations presenting information from spreadsheets and reports.
- Data entry of new starters and leavers onto HR software and on employee matrix
- Control, manage and update HR matrices
- Carry out detailed checks and input data onto systems promptly and accurately
- Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and data consistency across the HR department
- Retrieving data as requested
- Right to work checks using Government websites for European and Non
- European employees
- Auditing/updating employee files
- Prepare paperwork for scanning and printing
- Responsible for identifying and fixing errors and structuring data to allow quick and accurate data capture.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep employment records up to date
- Communicate and liaise effectively with other Departments and Employees
- Make a major contribution to the ongoing improvement in effectiveness of procedures and controls
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Impeccable attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of database systems
- Good analytical skills
- Expert knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise work
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative and to high standards
- Good analytical skills
**Data Entry Clerk experience requirements**
- Previous experience in data entry and office administration.
- Strong background in working with computers and dealing with large amounts of information.
- Familiarity with database systems and data entry techniques.
- Previous experience which demonstrates numeracy and literacy skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating and using spreadsheets.
- Experience of working with Time ware is preferred but not essential
- Skilled typist
**Data Entry Clerk education and training requirements**
- GCSEs in Math, English and Computer Science (Grade A-C) or equivalent.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
