Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Assistant to join our team. As a Lettings Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lettings process for our properties. This is an administrative role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with prospective tenants to answer inquiries and provide information about available properties
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Prepare tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork for new tenants
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities, including tenant details, rental payments, and property maintenance requests
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant transitions and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
