**Deputy Head of Foodhall**

We have a unique opportunity for an accomplished Manager to join our expanding team in our Award Winning Foodhall.

The role is a senior one and will involve day to day running of the large and high profile department, managing rotas, tasks, training and standards to create a great environment for our customers.

This role is permanent and offers full time hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day to day running of the department
- Motivating and training the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Understand department revenue targets and consistently strive to achieve these
- Managing rotas, holiday and absences
- Opening and Closing procedures
- Ensuring all products are effectively merchandised
- Liaising with Warehouse and managing stock movements
- Liaising with Buyers and managing stock/shop movements
- Dealing effectively with customer queries and complaints
- Liaising effectively with Customers Services for returns, exchanges and refunds.
- Stock checks as required
- **What we are looking for**:

- Ensure the customer service you provide is of the highest standards at all times.
- Support your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain store visual standards in cleaning duties and merchandising at all times
