Do you have exceptional customer service skills and a flair for sales? Can you talk to our customers about our amazing gin range or our specialty vodkas ? If so, we have an exciting opportunity in our dedicated drinks room within The House of Bruar Foodhall that might be perfect for you.

As well as assisting our customers and offering great knowledge and service you will also be responsible for helping to maintain a clean and organised environment, assisting with inventory management and ensuring that our range maintains our high standards of quality and value.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Cashiering.
- Assisting in merchandising and general upkeep duties.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of our products and their history and production
processes.
- Delivering consistent and flawless personal service to all our customers, answering
queries and providing them with specialist product knowledge.

Supporting the management team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.

- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as there will be lots of
opportunities to learn and gain experience.
