- speak good English
- hold a UK driving licence (would be preferred but not essential)

**Requirements**:

- Barista experience, Customer-oriented and planning skills - working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system - outstanding people skills - excellent grooming - patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving - good physical condition - good GCSE qualifications - food safety training will be a plus - Essential: A valid UK work permit/visa

Our eatery ethos is based around sharing and creating happy experiences and we are passionate about demonstrating this within our team. You will therefore need to be solution driven, process a positive attitude and be a good team player. Staying calm under pressure and ensuring that you always remain respectful and understanding to customers and other members of the team will be an important attribute. As you will be on the frontline of the business, we will expect you to demonstrate the highest standard of all aspects of customer service. Our deli will have a strong emphasis on teamwork, we will therefore require you to also be flexible to do other duties outside of your core role. You will be trained in all aspects of the business front of house operations.

We will require you to work flexible shift patterns according to your contractual hours. Shifts will cover Monday - Sunday and vary depending on shift rota [see contract]. You will be required to have some flexibility regarding working hours. You may also on occasion be required to work an evening shift but will be provided with suitable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
