Health & Safety Training Officer

Are you passionate about ensuring the safety of everyone working and caring for a variety of rescued animals in an animal welfare environment?

The position is varied and challenging, with a strong emphasis on team work and attention to detail.

If you have experience of working as a Health & Safety Officer in an animal environment, this could be the job for you. Uniform and PPE are provided.

Health & Safety Officer

The hours of work will be: 9.30am - 1.30 pm Monday, Friday and Sunday and some days can be worked from home by arrangement.

As a Health & Safety Training Officer you will monitor, review and ensure the annual Health & Safety Plan is kept up to date and all duties carried out. You will also be responsible for keeping all paperwork reviewed and as up to date as possible

Experience of working as a Health & Safety training Officer is essential and experience of working in a Sanctuary environment, training environment or animal care is desirable.

The rate of pay is £13 per hour and the job satisfaction from supporting these animals to have the best care is immense.
