**Duties**:

- Processing new projects using scheduling software
- Arranging production & delivery schedules
- Confirming orders, production & delivery dates with customers
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, Joiners, and Suppliers
- Monitoring and reviewing project progress and identifying improvements and efficiencies.
- Carrying out general office duties such as maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, and document scanning.
- Other duties will be required to suit a busy working environment

**KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Ideally a background in a similar role within an commercial environment.
- Knowledge of Xero
- Microsoft Office products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
