The role

As the Care Co-ordinator you will be providing a high-quality administrative support service to colleagues within the Homecare Service and Furze Brake Extra Care Scheme.

You will be required to work with managers and teams across home care and extra care services, coordinating rotas for staff to deliver regulated care services to residents in our homes and schemes and with people who live in the wider community. You will also provide general admin support and regularly communicate with residents and people who use our services.

The Location

Your main place of work will be Newport; you will also be required to work from different locations at various times during the week.

What you'll have- Proven experience of providing effective administrative support within an office environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience of dealing with enquiries from customers.- Excellent administration and computer skills including; scheduling diaries, meetings and taking minutes, scheduling rotas & managing manual and computerised filing systems.- Able to attend occasional training courses on the mainland & to work from different locations, with access to a vehicle for business use.
