**Location**: Hybrid / Home working & Office visits (South East)

As a Compliance Assistant you will support in all administrative aspects of Health & Safety, Compliance, Technical and BSI Audit, plus any other requirements relating to the administration of Group compliance and associated policy. This role will supportaround 17 branches within our South East region.

You will promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture within your workplace. Regularly liaise with local general management, safety & environment business partner & standards and compliance. Should any health, safety & environment issues arisethat cannot be dealt with at branch level, you will raise with their respective health, safety & environment business partner.

**As a compliance Assistant you will cover**:
Administering site compliance actions and overdues, liaising with property team and administering Belrock.

Scheduling site control compliance checks and follow ups, monitoring, updating and maintaining Alcumus database along with various other systems when required.

You will assist in supporting and overseeing completion of mandatory training by staff, providing reports to general manager on completion rates.

You will support in the preparation of scheduled audits and actions where necessary.

Support the general manager in the set up of quarterly teams meetings with our Health & Safety teams.
