Our client located in Gloucester, are committed to driving innovation and solving all customers challenges by providing world class expertise within the engineering industry and with their growing team they’re looking for an experience HR Officer to join their HR team in Gloucester.

Your key responsibilities as a HR Officer will include:

- Dealing with employee and manager queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Completion of all administrative HR processes
- Liaise with and support different departments on any duties that fall within HR.
- Manage various employee relation projects.
- Support on recruitment related activities
- Travelling to other company locations within the UK

Your skills and experience:

- Experienced within HR and ER
- Previous experience with Iris Cascade or similar software systems
- Exceptional communication in all areas with the ability to communicate well throughout the whole business.
- A minimum of Level 3 CIPD or an equivalent qualification
- Hooray is acting as an agency on behalf of the client for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
