We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Advisor. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to navigate the complexities of employment law and best practices.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services to our clients. As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day HR support to our clients, including onboarding, compensation, and employee management.
  • Advising clients on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement.
  • Managing employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Delivering HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture.
  • Staying up-to-date on employment laws and ensuring client policies are compliant.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has a proven track record of delivering exceptional HR services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or multi-client setting.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A UK driving license and the willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
