The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to our clients, including onboarding, employee relations, and employee management. You will also be responsible for delivering HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance improvement.
  • Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Deliver HR projects that drive people development and improve workplace culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and ensure client policies are compliant.
What We re Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has a proven track record of delivering HR services in a consultancy or multi-client setting. You will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) and strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. You will also have excellent communication skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
