**Receptionist role in a prestigious law firm**
You will be:
- Answering and forwarding phone calls, assisting with enquiries whenever necessary.
- Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail.
- Organising, tidying and maintaining the reception area.
- Greeting and signing in clients and visitors.
- Scheduling appointments and meeting times, setting up meeting rooms.
- Representing the business with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
The firm operate from first class offices in Tunbridge Wells and offer a superb working environment and excellent benefits package.
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
