**ADMINISTRATOR (with some Reception work)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established administration and reception team for a highly regarded firm of solicitors. Our priority is providing quality advice to our clients and as our Administrator / Receptionist you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your excellent written and verbal skills in this client-focused role.
**The role**:
You will be asked to complete the full range of administrative duties supporting a legal firm, including file management, photocopying and scanning of documents, and sorting and distributing post. In addition, when working on reception, you will welcome clients, in person or on the telephone, and answer queries or refer them on, as appropriate.
**About you and us**:
Previous experience is not essential (although it is desirable) as full training for the job will be given. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and take pride in exceeding expectations.
The role will suit somebody with a “can do” attitude, with a flexible and cooperative approach to duties, who understands the importance of confidentiality.
