Olivia’s Day Nursery is recruiting for an aspiring individual looking to gain high level experiance and a qualification Early Years.

At Olivia’s Day Care we aspire to provide the highest level of early years care and education whilst ensuring the safety and well-being all those in our care.

The duties will include:

- Supporting the children in their day to day routines
- Planning, creating and providing fun yet effective activities to support childrens development and learning.
- Observing the children and contributing towards observations and learning journeys.
- Obtaining intensive knowledge of the EYFS, Working with children and families and relevant legislations.
- Supporting high level safeguarding within the setting.
- Working to support, create and maintain partnership with parents/carers.
- Supporting in maintaining high level nursery regulations and requirements.

Training to be provided:

- Level 2/Level 3 Early Years Education

Desirable Skills:

- Work well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Creative
- Good written skills
- Basic understanding of childcare
- Using own initiaive

Personal Qualities:

- Professional and puntual
- Reliable
- Kind, caring nature
- Enthusiastic to work with children

Desired Qualifications:

- GCSE English and Maths grade C or above (equivilant is accepted) (this criteria is desired not esential as we are happy to support you to achieve).

Future Prospects:

- Progression to advanced level of study (Level 5 Early years Educator).
- Possible future permenent position
- Additional training to advance skills.
- DBS check will be required._
