We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Tiny Tree Day Nursery in Leeds. This 18-month apprenticeship opportunity will provide you with the ideal platform to develop your skills and expertise in early years education.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £6.40 per hour for the first year, rising to at least national minimum wage thereafter.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children from birth to 5 years. You will work alongside qualified practitioners to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and growth.

  • Support the daily care and education of children
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and lesson plans
  • Maintain accurate records and observations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) and Maths (Grade 4/C)
  • A strong passion for early years education and child development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
