Shipping Coordinator

_**Avid Personnel Ltd **_is currently working in conjunction with a Manufacturing Company in the Ellesmere Port area who are looking for an experinced Shipping Coordinator to join their team
- **Job Description**_
- Raising shipping paperwork and invoices prior to shipment
- Liaise with distribution to ensure smooth shipment of orders for the UK and overseas.
- Coordinate and consolidation of all shipments via courier/freight forwarder
- Production of material certification, test certification and documentation in accordance with order requirements and aerospace industry
- Negotiate prices and arrange a collection or delivery of goods as and when required
- Perform internal processing of work orders daily through our internal management system (estelplan)

Previous experience within a shipping role

Computer literate
- Working knowledge of Incoterms. (DDP, FOB, FCA)
- Ability to understand and interpret customs documents and processes
- Attention to detail
- Competent in English and Maths
- Able to work on own initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Organised - Strong team player.

- Monday - Friday
- £25,000 per annum
