**Summary of Internship**
- Use a sales order entry system, website, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, etc.).
- Follow established service quality standards and meet order and inquiry processing time standards.
Please note that this position will begin in **September 2023** and that students must be graduating with their Bachelor's degree between Spring / Summer 2024 - Spring / Summer 2025.

**Education & Experience**:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- 0+ years of work experience required.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite preferred.
