**Once training is complete, the role includes**:

- Providing Health and Safety advice to our Membership Service clients
- Undertaking Initial Review Meetings with new Membership Service Clients
- Undertaking Annual Review Meetings with Membership Service Clients
- Writing up reports following the Annual Review including providing advice on compliance with the safety management system provided
- Producing risk, COSHH and manual handling assessments
- Assisting with safety accreditations for our clients
- Undertaking the duty advisor role and completing the actions associated with it
- Conducting site safety inspections for a variety of clients in a variety of locations.
- Writing construction phase plans and other site based documents
- Conducting accident investigations
- Delivering Membership Service seminars
- Tutoring on basic level (operative and supervisor) accredited courses
- Tutoring on basic non accredited courses
- Undertaking any specific duties as determined by the business plan
- Ensuring regular contact is maintained and good relationships are forged with member clients

**Expectations and Qualifications**
- A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (preferred but not essential as we can provide this training)
- Excellent interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate well at all levels
- An ability to present information clearly and concisely - excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Confidence in speaking/teaching groups of adults
- A professional approach and desire for a demanding and rewarding career

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
