A family-run business that has been established for many years is looking for a Creative Services Manager to lead and oversee the daily operation and workload of the Artwork & Creative Team who are responsible for undertaking both physical and digitalproduction of the Company’s Publications and producing artwork and publications for high-profile third-party contracts.
Along with a salary of circa £39,000 per annum depending on experience, you will also receive occasional opportunities to work from home, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional days with service, a pension scheme, life assurance 4x salary, a voluntaryhealth assurance programme, subsidised gym membership, annual company days out and 2 yearly eyesight tests.

**As Creative Services Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with the Senior Artworker to plan and schedule each element of the production process for the Team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Overseeing the implementation of the publication schedules, ensuring all elements remain on course to meet agreed deadlines. All work undertaken is produced according to the specific requirements as thoroughly and as accurate as possible.
- Continuously monitoring with weekly & monthly reporting via KPI’s to ensure deadlines and SLAs are being consistently met. Ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented and communicated where needed, if KPI’s fall under expected levels.
- Ensuring the team display an appropriate level of competence in all aspects of publication and artwork compilation and production.
- Leading contact for new and current third-party publications, maintaining excellent levels of customer service, ensuring that all requirements for each publication or artwork are completed to 100% customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring day to day workload is coordinated and planned efficiently and effectively.
- Team management, escalating and communicating any issues to the leadership team as required.
- Maintaining efficient and effective time management and planning processes.
- Continuously assessing and implementing improvements to processes and procedures to enhance and streamline business activity. Ensuring correct pricing structures are applied.
- Identifying opportunities for business development.
- Provision of continual coaching and development of all team members. To create an energised culture and environment to deliver success.
- Liaising closely and providing support to other members of the Commercial Operations Leadership team where necessary, to ensure continuity of service is maintained at all times.
- Ensuring adherence to Company Policies and guidelines around customer and financial data handling in compliance with GDPR and law. Ensuring the companies Health and Safety policy is adhered to.

**We are looking for a Creative Services Manager who has the following skills and experience**:

- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise, multi-task and co-ordinate workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, inquisitive and able to see beyond what’s currently in place and to spot potential risks and flaws in process and procedures.
- Ensure the publishing and artwork services provided internally and to all clients are executed correctly and in a timely fashion.
- To ensure that team members are available to support across both areas as deadline and pressure of work dictates.
- Must be able to lead and inspire their team to deliver first class customer service through verbal, written communication.

You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00, with 1 hour for lunch.
