**Working Conditions**:

- **Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.
- **Hours**: 40 hours per week - all breaks paid for
- **Pay Rate**: £12.65 per hour.
- **Site Tour**:Full site walk round before starting

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing**: Engage in manufacturing tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to the production of high-quality goods.
- **Machine Operation**: Operate machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.
- **Packaging and Quality Control**: Perform packing duties with care and attention to detail, while also conducting weight checks to maintain product integrity and quality.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials to support production activities.
- **General Warehouse Duties**: Undertake various warehouse tasks, such as organizing storage areas and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the facility.
- **Heavy Lifting and Manual Handling**: Be prepared for frequent heavy lifting and manual handling tasks integral to the role.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Warehouse Experience**: Possess prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, demonstrating reliability and competence in similar roles.
- **FLT License (Desirable)**: While not mandatory, holding a Forklift Truck (FLT) license is advantageous, enhancing your versatility within the role.
- **Physical Fitness**: Maintain good physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the job, ensuring accuracy and quality in tasks performed.
- **Adaptability**: Display flexibility and adaptability to accommodate rotating shift patterns and changing production requirements.
