**Administrative Assistant**

David Joyner Couriers Ltd is a courier company that is expanding and we are now looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, methodical and organised.

Ideally you would have knowledge in the transport sector covering logistics and a willingness to learn as the business grows.

**Assistance with administrative duties and logistics.**
- Assist with scheduling bookings, quoting and managing calendars.
- Assist in the organisation of rotas and planning.
- Maintain our drivers and transport records.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
- Carry out data entry, scanning, filing and any other admin duties required.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be proficient on using online portals and be able to think on feet.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
