**About the role**

Key tasks and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Manage corporate recruitments across ASI corporate entities. Support Hiring Managers in the planning and execution of a recruitment process and advise on strategy.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of recruitment services through the continued role out of the new recruitment system Recruitee. Including delivering training to the delivery teams where necessary, and providing internal support to the P&T team.
- Actively Manage and coordinate recruitment across ASIs global platforms, providing leadership, reporting, training, support, and guidance on the recruitment process across ASI’s global platforms.
- Continuing to improve the corporate recruitment process and communicating the process and expectations to the wider company.
- Be responsible for shaping the strategic approach to delivering recruitment.
- Work closely with the Head of P&T to further refine the policies and process of P&T and rolling them out across the business.
- Continue to research ways to improve the recruitment and HR offering from P&T.
- Support the Head of P&T in all aspects that support the recruitment and onboarding process, including understanding of cross company benefits, policies, budgeting process.
- Manage all the information and process flows relating to recruitment.
- Take part in P&T team meetings and tasks and be prepared to lead them in Head of P&T absence.
- Undertake projects to ensure ASI is an employer of choice. Developing management strategies for Linkedin, Glassdoor, and ASI’s external profile in the market.
- Collating and managing recruitment data to inform company-wide salary decisions and projects related to recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to undergraduate degree level is desirable.
- Professional qualification in HR is desirable.

Experience required
- Experience in managing corporate recruitment in a global company.
- In depth experience in using advanced functionality in Linkedin.
- Track record of using proactive recruitment methods to successfully recruit.
- Confident working and managing recruitment within an ATS and preferably with experience in Recruitee.
- Experience working in a global team and working in a remote manner.
- Experience in developing new systems and strategies to manage recruitment.
- Ability to provide remote training in a global setting.
- Experience of recruitment in a global environment.
- Experience in development of recruitment products to support a recruitment strategy
- Building external relationships and networks to support a recruitment strategy.
