**The role**:
**Who are you?**
- An experienced recruiter with a successful career history running a contract desk
- You have a thorough understanding of the contract market and the legislations in place
- You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- You're successful at business development and have a vast portfolio of clients
- You will proactively identify new commercial opportunities and capitalise on them
- You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding and educating them on effective recruitment strategies
- Passionate about your market and actively embed yourself in the community
- You're collaborative and able to thrive in a team
- You're organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 5 years (preferred)
