**Service Admin Coordinator - £25,000 DOE - Bedford**

One of the World's leading consumer brands is looking for Coordinator to provide a full and high level of Service Support to customers post Installation of equipment whilst meeting expectations and Service Level agreements. Supporting Engineers and Application Teams in all aspects within Service.

**Key responsibilities**
- Installation and Demo Scheduling
- Management of engineers diaries
- Processing of Yearly and Multi Year Service Contracts
- Arranging and Scheduling all Planned Maintenance Visits for all customer sites within Contract or Warranty period.
- Raising customer orders, both Inbound and Outbound for all Spare Parts and ensuring prompt delivery within customer expectations and invoicing
- Raising Customer Quotations for additional services and on-site work, track quotes through to invoicing
- Keeping all filing systems and paperwork up to date.

**Key competencies**
- Previous experience working in a Service Management team/support centre
- Strong telephone-based customer service experience, with strong communication skills
- Ability to pick up technical knowledge (no previous knowledge or experience is required, full training on our products will be provided)
- Good problem solving/solution orientated skills/aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and work in a busy SLA driven environment
- Confident/assertive/personable
- Can-do attitude.

In return they are offering a salary of up to £25,000 per annum plus 10% performance related bonus, Pension, + Private Medical Cover + Life Assurance + 26 days holiday (exclusive of Bank holidays).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
