Here at Sector Support Services we are looking for the next operational admin superstar, a person who wants to succeed, whatever the circumstances.

The role requires thinking on your feet, organisational skills, fast decision making, prioritising customer service, and most importantly, keeping your team motivated and happy.

Initially, you will be managing a software project which will involve learning the software and data entry of initial information required to use the software.

You will also do more day-to-day reconciling of billable hours, materials supplies etc.

You will assist in organising and mitigating rotas, staff holidays and absences.

You will be able to adapt where necessary and provide senior management with executive support where required.

The official and essential stuff:

- Ensure that the contracted hours match with employee hours
- Be a first point of contact for our clients and Sector Support Services senior management.
- Be able to liaise and serve customer representatives on any specific requirements or concerns that may occur.
- Fix and develop rotas and complete wage and other paperwork
- Look after equipment, materials and stock levels
- Help with training
- Provide regular auditing and reporting on operational performance.

This will be a part time role to start with a view to increase as workload applies.

To be the best in this role, you will need:

- Experience in a similar role - ideally you will have accounting knowledge
- Strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail and high standards of service
- Be able to speak to clients and staff on daily basis

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
