Social Media and Marketing Executive

**About The Role**:

- Manage all of Winged Boots’ social media channels.
- Engage with influencers and identify the right influencers and social media communities for Winged Boots.
- Create and implement a follower strategy that’s in line with Winged Boots’ core values and customer profile.
- Grow Winged Boots brand awareness through high-quality content and campaigns.
- Monthly social media reporting.
- Assist the wider marketing team with writing targeted, SEO optimised content for customers across all stages of the buying cycle.
- Manage website and CRM content updates.
- Assist in the creation of Winged Boots: The Lifestyle Brochure volume 7.
- Implement and preserve Winged Boots’ tone of voice across all channels.
- Occasionally represent Winged Boots at industry events, awards and external meetings.

- You have experience as a marketing executive or social media executive.
- You are a quick thinker who is passionate about the written word.
- You write content to be read and not to fill a word count.
- You think outside the box and are confident pitching ideas.
- You have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- You have the ability to write for different audiences and across different platforms.
- You are zealous about creating original and creative content for any audience.
- You have a good understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
- You’re independent and capable of managing your own workload while confidently meeting deadlines.
- You have a keen eye for accuracy.
- You’re a strong multitasker, a team player and comfortable within a fast-paced environment.

**Beneficial skills**:

- Experience in the travel industry - particularly the luxury market
- Some experience with B2B marketing and partnerships
