**As a vital member of our team, we’re looking for someone who will not just meet but also exceed our customers’ expectations: -**

We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organise our Commercial Teams day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our Managers and Commercial Team and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
- Be proactive, energised person
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a commercial environment
- Effective communication skills, verbal & written
- Ability to learn bespoke software
- Ability to deal with large amounts of data accurately and efficiently
- Intermediate to advance in spreadsheet usage
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and very organised
- Ability to manage workload to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Supporting members of the team in the day-to-day admin activities
- Ordering of office supplies and stationery
- Printing documentation
- Provide general administrative and office duties as required
- Prepare and update reports and presentations
- Be active in formulating documentation
- Submit expense reports
- Organise, store and print company documents as needed
- Make travel arrangements
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- Be able to work on your own initiative as well as being an excellent team member
- Any other tasks that may need to be carried out within the department
