Salary : up to £26,000 depending on experience ( 9 month fixed term contract)

With our huge client based in Rochdale, we are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across a range of finance duties. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30-5 and some flexibility will be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Log and process supplier invoices in the Finance System
- Calculate daily supplier costs and record in Operations system
- Record daily cash receipts from customers
- Check supplier statement and process payments
- Handling customer queries and requirements
- Assisting with management of customer accounts
- Credit Control calls
- Completing credit checks on new accounts
- Assist with account collections
- Answering calls, taking messages and forwarding to relevant employees within the team
- Recording supplier invoices in the accounting software

**Profile**:

- Looking for someone who has worked in a Similar Finance / Accounts Assistant role
- Must have at least 2 years experience working in an office environment
- Strong IT skills - across Microsoft Office Package including Excel
- Highly organised and deadline focused
- Team Player, Flexible and Adaptable
