We are looking for a Weekend Supervisor working a Saturday and Sunday (16 hours).

Our staff are integral to the smooth running of our play centre and help deliver our core services to our customers during their visit. All staff tasks involve everything from monitoring the play areas, to hosting birthday parties, preparing food and drink and keeping the centre clean and tidy.

**Tasks will include;**
- Supervising other staff members who are working, ensuring they are completing procedures where necessary
- To open and close the centres in line with Springboard policies and procedures
- Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the centre to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, as well as health and safety.
- Monitoring various play areas in the centre
- Following the Opening and Closure procedures
- To carry out regular checks around the centre, tidying, cleaning and organising the resources and facilities to maintain a safe working environment
- To prepare food orders in a busy kitchen
- Taking food orders out to customers
- Interacting with both Adults and Children
- Provide a happy and friendly environment
- At times you may be required to assist in other duties as required

**Skills Needed**
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Cash handling
- Cleaning
- Ability to open and close the centre as a key holder

**Experience**

Previous work experience involving face-to-face customer interaction an d customer service in a fast paced/ leisure environment would be advantageous. Any experience with children would also be advantageous. Any first aid qualifications would also be beneficial (but not essential).

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
