**The Administrator (Quality) Role**

Sheffield Hallam University is responsible to its students for the quality and standards of its academic provision.

The Quality Framework incorporates all the main features of quality and standards management at the University, with reference to the relevant frameworks, policies and processes.

As an Administrator you will support the processing of a range of quality processes, and take responsibility for accurate and timely data entry.

You will need to be experienced in providing excellent customer service from handling queries to problem solving. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have good oral and written skills.

**Academic Quality and Standards**

The AQS team is a small and welcoming central team which sits within the University’s Teaching and Learning Portfolio, in the DVC Academic Directorate. Working within a range of national frameworks, benchmarks and statutory the AQS team is responsible for supporting the University as a whole in all aspects of quality assurance activity.

The University is unable to sponsor the employment of international applicants in this role.
